Member or any other app for iOS, Android, or any other windows operating system (collectively referred to as “Site”). The purpose of this Policy is to describe how Settl. collects, uses, maintains and shares information about you (“user” or “you” or “your”) on account of you accessing and using the platform. This information may include but is not limited to any information you upload, emails that you exchange with Settl. and other users of the platform and any information submitted/ provided by you to Settl.

To improve the responsiveness of the websites for you, Settl. may use "cookies", or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the user's individual interests using the Identified Computer. Unless the user voluntarily identifies himself/herself (through registration, for example), Settl. will have no way of knowing who the user is, even if Settl. assign a cookie to the user’s computer. The only Personal Information a cookie can contain is information the user supplies. A cookie cannot read data off the hard drive. Settl.’s advertisers may also assign their own cookies to the user’s browser (if the user clicks on their ads), a process that Settl. do not control

Settl. web servers automatically collect limited information about the user’s computer's connection to the Internet, including the IP address, when he/she visit the Website. The IP address does not identify a user personally. We may offer a free electronic newsletter to users. We will gather the email addresses of users who sign up for Settl. for the newsletter mailing list. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by opting out of receiving newsletters during the registration process, by following the link provided in each newsletter that points users to a subscription management page where the user can unsubscribe from receiving newsletters or by changing their preferences in Settl. Member Application.
We may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about important issues, Services, and/or the Platform.Opinions or other responses to polls are aggregated and are not identifiable to any particular user. We may use a system to "tag" users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated with information about individual users.

You acknowledge that as a registered user you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account such as your Account login credentials and passwords, and that you should not provide these credentials to any third party. Settl. is not responsible if someone else accesses your Account on account of your failure to maintain security of your Account credentials
